Business Integration Support Manager

Due to our continued rapid expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen internally for an additional Business Integration Support Manager to cover the south of England. Working as part of the acquisition team, you will be responsible for the initial integration of the practices as they join IVC, helping them to understand our financial processes and to settle them in quickly and smoothly before being handed over to the Operations Team. This role is ideally suited to someone with a sound day-to-day working knowledge of a Practice and an understanding of IVC internal financial processes. Experience of Practice Management Systems and IT is desirable and you should have sound business acumen and strong financial awareness. You will need to build relationships quickly with vendors, Clinical Directors and Practice Managers and have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Due to the nature of this role, a high level of flexibility is essential, as there will be a lot of travel involved and a need to stay away from home for up to 3 nights per week during busy periods in order to meet the needs of the role. This is a very rewarding and challenging role and an excellent remuneration package including a company car and car allowance is on offer to the successful candidate. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible so the closing date for applications will be the 21st of September 2017. Interviews will be held towards the end of September and full on the job training will be given as well as ongoing support.
