Marketing Administrator

IVC Station House

We are one of the fastest growing veterinary groups in the UK, with over 350 veterinary practices, is looking for a Marketing Administrator to support members of their marketing team, both office and remote based, with administrative tasks.
They are looking for a self-motivated organised individual, with a can do attitude and excellent communication skills. The position will report to the National Campaigns Manager, supporting the marketing team.
Key duties:
  • Maintenance of department spreadsheets/documents/maps
  • Assist in data collation and analysis of campaign results
  • Liaising with industry publications to supply artwork
  • Creation of spreadsheets, response forms
  • Loading materials onto company websites
  • Inputting onto finance system
  • Proof reading
  • Pulling mailing lists and loading into distribution software
  • Event planning and co-ordination
  • Obtaining quotes for print and promotional materials
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Various other ad hoc administration duties as directed
Experience / skills required:
  • Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint, training on other software will be provided
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
