Commercial Support Manager - South UK

Independent Vetcare are in a unique position in the Veterinary market, since 2011, the IVC family has grown to over 450 practices across the UK and NI. The company is primarily focused on first opinion care, complemented by referral hospitals, and promotes clinical freedom, balanced with integrated support functions such as procurement, marketing, veterinary advisors and a full network of support features. With its vet-friendly culture and reputation for clinical excellence.  A position has been created within the dynamic commercial team for developing and implementing the Independent Vetcare preferred buy list at practice level. The Commercial Support Manager will be responsible for supporting IVC practices strategically, presenting the buy list, liaising with suppliers and ensuring practices are fully supported when accessing preferred suppliers to the group. A key objective of the role is to help practices follow the company preferred supplier list, ensuring compliance across the Small Animal, Farm Animal and Equine preferred product ranges, not only at the time of practices joining IVC, but also monitoring compliance across the rest of the group. To work across, and with, relevant IVC teams this role is seen as a key position to ensure early buy in and compliance that will optimise practice income and profitability. We would welcome applications from veterinary surgeons with commercial experience who are able to travel across the South of the UK where required and overnight stays will be necessary.
