Client Services Manager

As Client Services Manager, you will be required to manage, lead and develop non –clinical support staff to ensure excellent team work delivering a continuous high standard of customer care. You will support the Directors in driving the business forward by being an active member of the Leadership Team within the practice.
Ideally you will have already gained management experience within a veterinary setting or from an alternative customer service setting. You must be a client focused person, be highly organised, approachable, a team player, analytical and a logical problem solver to ensure your team promotes good client care at all times.
This is a full time position working across a rota between the hours of 8am and 8pm 5 days per week. Weekend work is required for which time off in lieu is given. Driving licence and access to a car is essential for travel between sites when required. We offer a competitive salary, holiday, pension scheme and discounted veterinary fees.
