The main purpose of the role will be to support the Clinical Director and General Manager in the management and development of the Hospital, ensuring all group policies and procedures are implemented and followed. Working closely with the Head Vet(s), to be a team leader for the Hospital site, a line manager for the Head Nurse(s) and Head Receptionist, and manage the OOH service. You will ensure a high level of customer care, setting an example of personal conduct to all staff, be responsible for stock control, debt collection and handling of complaints in respect of the Hospital. You will also liaise with central office team to provide staff cover at other branches where possible.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with the RCVS Guide to Professional Conduct, VPMA code of ethics as well as legislation relating to the UK Veterinary Profession.
