We operate from a modern purpose built premises on the edge of a very busy retail park, as well as from 2 smaller branch practices. This is a wide and varied role and includes:
Payroll; staff management including rota's, hiring, grievances, staff performance etc, accounts and budgets; overseeing repairs & maintenance and H & S; assisting the clinical director to ensure continued business growth; general record keeping.
You will work alongside the Clinical Director, as well as our corporate Business Support Manager. Previous managerial experience, accounts/book keeping experience and knowledge of the veterinary industry would be advantageous. A minimum of 35 hours a week.
