Experience of managing a team and being commercially or business minded is preferred but training support can be provided to the right candidate. Strong communication skills are essential. You will be confident and have strong organizational skills to lead and develop the team and relish taking accountability and ownership within your role.
The role is mainly based at our main branch but you will at times visit our other branches, therefore transport is essential.
KEY SKILLS include:
People management: Responsible for HR, effectively manage the team, ensure all colleagues receive relevant training and performance reviews and hold regular practice meetings.
Client service: Ensure that the practice delivers outstanding customer care and respond to complaints within a timely manner.
Office and cost management: Effectively manage client debt. Taken responsibility for payroll and assist in finances to deliver against budget.
Compliance: Ensure the practice is compliant with the appropriate operating protocols and industry standards. Ensure Health and Safety is maintained.
