Part Time Receptionist
Working with a team of receptionists to provide outstanding customer service and a high standard of administrative support to the wider team. The role will include telephone enquiries, making appointments, meeting and greeting customers, taking payments and general admin duties as required.
To be successful in this role you will need to be customer focused, passionate about great service, a team player and used to a busy and ever changing work environment. Maths and English GCSE grade C and above are essential. Knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Office Suite or similar will be advantageous as will a confident and calm manner.
This is a part time role, to cover maternity leave working 17 hours per week over three days, Monday and Thursday 1pm – 7pm, Friday 8am – 1pm plus Saturday morning 8.30am – 1.00pm on a rota basis. You will need to be flexible to cover shifts from 8am-7pm and Saturday mornings 8.30am – 1.00pm.
