We are a friendly group with 16 branch surgeries and a main Hospital, providing out of hours services to our clients and other practices in the area
You will help in the delivery of a professional front of house service to clients and their pets and will be the first point of contact for clients both on the telephone and in person.
Excellent IT skills and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment are required. Being able to work as part of a team, as well as using your own intuitive is essential .
Duties include booking appointments, ordering stock, taking payments and occasionally helping the vet with animal handling.
Previous Receptionist experience in a veterinary environment would be advantageous but full training will be provided for the right candidate .
