Reception/Office Manager

Glaven Veterinary Practice, Holt

We are looking for a part time reception/office manager to lead our team of receptionists. You must have previous leadership skills, preferably in a veterinary environment.
 
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT and communication skills. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service in person and over the phone. Reception duties along with office duties will be required. Office duties will include banking/cashing up, ordering stock, insurance forms, rotas, holidays, team meetings and reception development.
