The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and provide our clients and their pets with a warm and friendly welcome. You will ensure they have a positive visit and want to come back and see us next time.
Great communication and organisational skills are essential. This is a busy and demanding role so you will need to have good attention to detail and be able to cope under pressure.
You will have experience of using PC databases, telephone systems, taking cash and card payments, an understanding of GDPR and a variety of other skills which ultimately support our clients.
- The position is full time 40 hours a week,
- Monday – Friday working a Saturday on a rota basis.
