Acquisitions Manager

We are looking for an Acquisitions Support Manager to join our expanding team in the UK. The role would consist of the successful candidate assisting the team of M&A leads with the purchase of established independent veterinary practices and supporting through the process of bringing the practices into the larger group. This is a varied role combining administrative support for the project leads, with frequent interaction with the prospective practices to guide and support them through the due diligence process ahead of them joining the group.
We are looking for someone with the following:
  • Strong advocate for Independent Vetcare and our values
  • Experience of practice management or industry experience working closely with practice managers and clinical directors will be key to this role
  • Organised and Self-motivated with a track record of independent working
  • Respectful of strict confidentiality requirements
  • Ability to embrace change and be flexible as the group evolves
  • Warm communicator with strong people skills
  • Confident with IT particularly Microsoft Excel and Word, and able to adapt and learn new systems
Often long working hours. You would be based from home but travelling (including flights) and overnight stays will be required.
