Head of Marketing
Founded in 2011, IVC Evidensia is Europe’s fastest growing veterinary group with over 1250 sites across 10 countries. UK and Ireland practices currently represent circa 60% of this estate and is a key driver of the overall business.
The group are looking to appoint a UK Head of Marketing, reporting to the Group Director of Marketing, to support practices with their impressive ‘like for like’ sales growth based around the fundamental premise of clinical excellence and exceptional veterinary care. The role will oversee a mix of independent practice marketing, exclusive product sales, client retention initiatives, national brand campaigns and digital innovation.
As a member of the UK Executive Team the candidate will lead and chair a variety of practice and central support meetings. They will also oversee multiple communication channels to empower practices to act together and deliver effective marketing campaigns. They will oversee digital marketing initiatives and the introduction of in-practice solutions to gain clients, improve client satisfaction and client retention.
A passionate Marketeer, the candidate will also be able to train Marketing at Leadership meetings, implement marketing initiatives arising from Clinical forums and maximise PR opportunities in the national and consumer press.
The role is homebased involves extensive travel and a flexible approach to working hours. Degree educated, and with a broad Marketing background, the candidate will ideally have extensive digital experience given the way the profession is moving.
