Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Communications Manager will oversee both Internal and External Communications throughout the group.
Working closely with country management, the individual will manage the communication of our group image, values and general news, as well as utilising the appropriate methods of distributing them both to the public and to our internal audience.
Responsibilities will include identifying press opportunities and developing content for social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, intranet and any other distribution channels.
The Communications Manager will oversee group-wide internal communications to ensure messaging aligns with key business strategies and reflects our company values. Awareness of IVC Group International amongst external audiences (potential practices or employees looking to join) will be a key KPI.
They will also serve as the company’s media liaison and formal spokesperson, conducting briefings and press conferences.
Key stakeholders with whom the Communications Manager will interact include: Executive Management Team, Country Managers and Marketers, HR and Intranet Managers.
Qualifications: A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a relevant field is necessary for the role, along with relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent speaking and writing skills and must be proficient working at an Executive level. They should be fluent or near fluent in at least two of the languages commonly used within the Group.
Location: Role can be based anywhere within IVC Group Countries (currently UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Nordics and DACH).
