IVC is looking for someone who can oversee the day-to-day running of the payroll team and payroll related month end processes within IVC and for all non IVC and newly acquired companies, ensuring controlled and payroll accuracy.
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 3 years’ experience in payroll positions
- Finance experience – balance sheet reconciliations
- Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent IT skills – including advanced Excel
- Flexible approach to work
- A strong team ethic
- A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example
