Working in our Strategic Projects Team the job holder will be responsible for advising the Group on how long-term and sustainable profitability can be improved through the implementation of appropriate pricing strategies whilst respecting the principle of local pricing and without creating adverse impacts on client perceptions and behaviour.
You will have the ability to analyse and interpret complex data and make recommendations using robust statistical methods providing evidence based data as required. You will have excellent IT skills and understand the use of databases including the ability to write data reports.
You will be used to working closely with marketing, digital and operations teams in order to ensure coherent and effective strategies are developed and implemented that understand client behaviour, attitudes and sensitivity to the prices of our services. Experience of pricing services as opposed to products is essential.
The job holder must have the ability to communicate and present information and recommendations to Clinical Directors and other members of the Group in multiple markets across northern Europe in a persuasive but sensitive way. The ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team with many stakeholders is essential.
Ideally you will have experience of pricing complex clinical services in a multi-practice, multi-brand environment.
Ideally based in UK but not essential. The role will include the need to travel including nights away from home.
