The role of a Helpdesk Clerk is to deliver excellent service to veterinary surgeries and suppliers, ensuring all issues are met within our SLA’s. You will have ownership for purchase ledger mailboxes, ensuring all queries are actioned and resolved within the required timeframes, or escalated if needed.
