This role supports existing business within IVC and is responsible for the day-to-day management, support and work planning of a small team of direct reports.
What are we looking for?
- Currently studying accountancy qualifications (AAT or similar) or completed qualification
- Line Management experience is essential
- Minimum 1 year of Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable experience
- Ability to take the lead within the team, and in the absence of other senior team members
- Be a go-to person for queries within the team
- Strong excel skills
- Customer service focused
- Highly organised and able to work to a high degree of accuracy
- Confident of dealing with a high volume workload
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Flexible approach to work
- A strong team ethic
