Parkvets is looking for a confident communicator with a pro-active approach to veterinary medicine and a desire to deliver exceptional customer care. You will be part of a strong, diverse and supportive team, working across all sites and shifts. You will get to know all the client groups and the support staff across the practice.
You will work every other weekend and be part of the second on call rota.
Diagnostics are an important part of our work and you will be encouraged to work up cases during the latter part of the evening, and to refer cases to day vets when appropriate. Because the team is strong and supportive, your cases can remain under your management with daytime input from colleagues if you wish.
Parkvets actively supports the development of skills and knowledge through a CPD allowance and additional time off. Vets wanting to undertake a certificate will be given greater financial support and time.
Parkvets has all the equipment you would expect of a hospital along with separate cat and dog wards, 3 theatres, 2 dental suites, 2 imaging areas and a visiting MRI.
